Getting started is straightforward:
- Complete a medical intake questionnaire about your health history and current medications.
- An independent licensed physician reviews your information and determines whether treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
- If approved, a prescription is issued and transmitted to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy for fulfillment.
- Your medication is shipped directly to you in discreet packaging.
Compounded ED treatments may combine active pharmaceutical ingredients used to support erectile function and sexual performance. PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil work by increasing blood flow to support an erection when sexually stimulated.
Additional ingredients may be included as part of a prescribed treatment plan. The independent licensed healthcare provider evaluates your health profile to determine whether this treatment may be appropriate for you. Individual results can vary based on health conditions, medications, lifestyle factors, and other variables.
Prescribed treatment may combine ingredients as part of an individualized treatment approach determined by the independent licensed healthcare provider. The provider determines whether a specific formulation is appropriate based on your health history and medical needs. Not all patients will receive the same formulation.
The following compounded formulations may be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider when medically appropriate:
Lucky WOW
- Sildenafil 55mg
- Tadalafil 15mg

The active ingredients in these compounded treatments have been used in prescription therapies intended to support erectile function. Individual results vary and depend on factors such as overall health, underlying medical conditions, medications, lifestyle, and treatment adherence.
