What is Lucky WOW?
Lucky WOW is a compounded sublingual tablet formulated for adult men 18 years of age or older for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve — medication is absorbed directly into the bloodstream for rapid onset.
Lucky WOW contains the following active pharmaceutical ingredients, each of which has been independently studied. The combined formulation has not been reviewed by the FDA.
| Ingredient | Role |
|---|---|
| Sildenafil Citrate | PDE5 inhibitor — supports erectile function by increasing blood flow to penile tissue |
| Tadalafil | PDE5 inhibitor — supports erectile function; longer duration of action than sildenafil alone |
| Apomorphine HCl | Dopaminergic agent — acts on dopamine receptors in the brain to support arousal and erectile response |
| Oxytocin | Hormonal peptide — may support aspects of sexual arousal and response; individual results vary |
| Methylcobalamin | Vitamin B12 derivative — nutritional/supportive agent; generally well-tolerated at standard doses |
How to Take Lucky WOW
- Place one tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely. Do not chew, crush, or swallow the tablet whole.
- Take approximately 15 to 30 minutes before planned sexual activity.
- The medication requires sexual arousal to work. It will not cause an automatic erection.
- Do not take more than one dose in any 24-hour period.
- Do not take within 24 hours of any other ED medication or any product containing sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or apomorphine.
- After the tablet dissolves, wait at least 10 minutes before kissing to avoid transferring medication to a partner.
- Do not use alcohol when taking Lucky WOW. Alcohol enhances the blood pressure lowering effects of this formulation and may increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, or cardiovascular events.
- Sit or lie down for at least 20 minutes after taking this medication. Avoid standing quickly, as apomorphine may cause dizziness or low blood pressure upon standing. Important: apomorphine has independent blood pressure lowering effects that are additive when combined with sildenafil and tadalafil in this formulation. This combination may produce a more significant drop in blood pressure than either agent alone and increases the risk of dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting.
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
Who Should NOT Take Lucky WOW
Do not take Lucky WOW if any of the following apply to you. You must disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions to your prescribing physician prior to treatment, including any cardiovascular conditions, use of nitrates or alpha-blockers, low blood pressure, recent cardiac events, history of priapism, or any other condition that may affect the safety of these medication classes.
ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS — Do not take if:
You are taking nitrates in any form, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational nitrates (poppers/amyl nitrite/butyl nitrite). Combining PDE5 inhibitors with nitrates can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
You are taking guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat (Adempas) or vericiguat (Verquvo) for pulmonary hypertension or heart failure.
You are taking 5-HT3 antagonist anti-nausea medications such as ondansetron (Zofran), granisetron (Kytril), dolasetron (Anzemet), palonosetron (Aloxi), or alosetron (Lotronex). These medications interact with apomorphine and may cause a serious reaction.
You have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to sildenafil citrate, tadalafil, apomorphine HCl, oxytocin, methylcobalamin, or any inactive ingredient in this formulation including cinnamon oil or vanillin.
Your physician has advised you that sexual activity is inadvisable due to cardiovascular risk.
USE WITH CAUTION — Tell your physician if:
- You have cardiovascular disease, heart failure, recent heart attack, stroke, or unstable angina
- You have low blood pressure (hypotension) or are taking antihypertensive medications
- You have a history of priapism (prolonged erection) or conditions predisposing you to priapism
- You have severe kidney or liver impairment
- You have a retinal disorder, including retinitis pigmentosa
- You have a history of hearing or vision loss
- You are taking alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate conditions
- You are taking antifungal medications (ketoconazole, itraconazole) or antibiotics (erythromycin, clarithromycin)
- You are taking HIV protease inhibitors
- You are taking any other prescription or over-the-counter medications, supplements, or herbal products
